Yes. You can book both legs when you make your reservation. Set a specific return pickup time, or if the event does not have a fixed end time, we can arrange for the driver to wait nearby until you are ready. For concerts and theatre shows with unpredictable finish times, many clients prefer to call or text us when they are heading out and we dispatch the driver from a nearby waiting area. For weddings, we typically schedule the return based on the end time of your reception, with a small buffer built in. Yes. We arrange pickups directly from venue exits. For large events such as concerts at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Park, or the Margaret Court Arena, we coordinate a clear meeting point in advance to avoid post-show congestion. Your driver will be at the agreed spot when you walk out, not circling in traffic. For events where the exit is unpredictable or crowded, we suggest texting us when you are 10 minutes from leaving so the driver times the approach. For weddings and private venue events, your driver is familiar with the venue and will confirm the pickup spot with you in advance. Yes. Ribbons, floral arrangements, and basic decorations can be arranged for weddings and milestone birthdays. Contact us at least 48 hours before the booking so we have time to confirm what is possible and apply the decoration before the pickup. The cost depends on the type of decoration and is confirmed when you discuss it with us. For weddings in particular, we are happy to coordinate with the florist or wedding planner directly if that makes things simpler. Call us on 0422 333 880 and we will arrange a coordinated multi-vehicle booking for your group. We can send multiple sedans and maxi vans in parallel to manage large groups from a single address, or stagger pickups if everyone is leaving from different locations. For group events like school formals, corporate dinners, or weddings with multiple family groups, we assign a lead contact on our end who manages the full run sheet. Provide us with the total number of passengers, the pickup addresses, the event venue, and the time you need to arrive, and we will work out the vehicle combination and scheduling. Booking at least 48 hours in advance is preferred for groups of more than 8 people.

We build a buffer into all event bookings for exactly this reason. Your driver monitors the event schedule and stays in contact. For shows and events with uncertain end times, we keep the driver on standby nearby rather than releasing them once you are dropped off. If the event is running significantly late, send us a quick text on 0422 333 880 and we will update the driver. For return trips from events that overrun, we do not charge a waiting fee for the first 30 minutes beyond your scheduled pickup time. After that, a reasonable waiting fee may apply. We would rather keep your driver available than leave you without transport because a show went long.

Yes. We cover all Melbourne metropolitan suburbs and can arrange transfers for events in the Yarra Valley, the Dandenong Ranges, the Mornington Peninsula, and surrounding regions. Winery events, winery tours, and venue weddings outside the CBD are a common booking for us. For events further afield, such as Geelong, Ballarat, or Bendigo, our city-to-city fixed fare transfer service applies.
