Your fare is based on the distance between your pickup and dropoff address and the estimated route. Tolls and GST are included in the quoted price. You see your exact fare before confirming the booking so there are no surprises at the end of the trip. We do not use a meter. The price you see is the price you pay regardless of how long the trip takes. If your destination changes after you have booked, call us on 0422 333 880 and we will requote the updated route before your driver departs. Our base rate is $9.90 flag fall plus $2.20 per kilometre, with a minimum fare of $39.90, and all tolls on your route are already included in the amount shown.

Yes. You can book both legs when you make the initial reservation. Set a specific return pickup time, or if you do not know how long you will be at your destination, you can call or text us when you are ready and we will dispatch the return driver. Booking the return in advance guarantees you a vehicle for the trip home and locks in the same fare. For medical appointments, restaurant bookings, or shopping trips where you are uncertain of the finish time, many clients prefer to book the outward trip in advance and call for the return when they are nearly ready. We recommend booking the return leg in advance whenever possible, especially during peak hours or early mornings.

Your fixed fare stays the same regardless of traffic conditions or how long the trip takes. You will never pay more than the price confirmed at booking. Melbourne peak hour and event traffic can add significant time to a trip, but this has no effect on your fare. The only situation where a fare adjustment might occur is if you change your destination mid-trip to an address that is significantly further away. In that case, call us and we will agree the updated fare before proceeding. For all standard point-to-point bookings with no mid-trip changes, the quoted fare is final.

Yes. We cover all of Greater Melbourne including outer growth corridor suburbs such as Pakenham, Cranbourne, Clyde, Berwick, Narre Warren, Melton, Sunbury, Craigieburn, Wallan, and Lilydale. Further out, we regularly run to the Yarra Valley, the Dandenong Ranges, and the Mornington Peninsula. For destinations further afield, including Geelong, Ballarat, and Bendigo, our city-to-city transfer service applies with a fixed fare quoted in advance. Call us on 0422 333 880 if you are travelling to a destination you are unsure is covered and we will confirm immediately whether we can do the run.

You can book up to 30 days in advance through our online booking form, or with as little as 2 hours notice. For airport pickups, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee a driver at the right time, especially for early morning flights. For general point-to-point travel, same-day bookings with a couple of hours notice are usually fine. If you need a taxi within the hour, call us directly on 0422 333 880 and we will check immediate driver availability for your area. We do not charge a booking fee for advance reservations and there is no cancellation fee if you cancel with more than 2 hours notice.

Yes. Forward facing child seats, rear facing infant seats, and booster seats for older children are all available at no extra charge. Mention the child seat requirement when you book and tell us the approximate age and weight of the child so we can fit the right seat type. All our child seats meet AS/NZS 1754 and Australian Design Rules for the appropriate age and weight category. The driver installs the seat before pickup. If you have your own seat and prefer to use it, that is also fine and we can help with installation if needed. Child seat availability does not affect the standard fixed fare.
