We can handle parcels up to approximately 100cm by 60cm by 60cm in size, and up to around 30kg in weight, provided the parcel fits safely in the vehicle boot without forcing the lid. Our maxi van has significantly more cargo space and is better suited for multiple parcels, larger boxes, or oversized items. We do not accept items that require specialist handling such as refrigerated goods, hazardous materials, or live animals.

Yes. For every delivery we capture the recipient name, a signature, and a timestamp at the point of delivery. This is emailed to the sender within minutes of the delivery being completed. The proof of delivery record includes the time of arrival, the recipient name as provided, and the driver details. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver will contact the sender for instructions rather than leaving the parcel unattended.
