Most deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 hours of pickup, depending on Melbourne traffic and the distance between pickup and dropoff. For CBD to inner suburb deliveries, turnaround is typically faster. For outer suburb runs or deliveries that cross the city, allow 2 to 3 hours. Urgent rush deliveries with a 1 hour target are possible in the CBD and inner suburbs during off-peak hours but cannot be guaranteed during peak traffic periods. We can handle parcels up to approximately 100cm by 60cm by 60cm in size, and up to around 30kg in weight, provided the parcel fits safely in the vehicle boot without forcing the lid. If you have a larger item, call us on 0422 333 880 before booking to describe the size and we will tell you whether our standard sedan or maxi van can accommodate it. Our maxi van has significantly more cargo space and is better suited for multiple parcels, larger boxes, or oversized items. We do not accept items that require specialist handling such as refrigerated goods, hazardous materials, or live animals.

Yes. For every delivery we capture the recipient name, a signature, and a timestamp at the point of delivery. This is emailed to the sender within minutes of the delivery being completed. The proof of delivery record includes the time of arrival, the recipient name as provided, and the driver details. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver will contact the sender for instructions rather than leaving the parcel unattended. For business accounts with regular deliveries, all proof of delivery records are stored and available on request for your records or for any dispute that arises.

Yes. We regularly deliver documents, legal files, artwork, equipment, and other items where care is important. When booking, tell us that the item is fragile or high-value so the driver knows to handle it accordingly and can advise on whether any additional packaging is recommended. We are not a specialist art courier or armoured vehicle service, but we take reasonable care with every delivery.
