We do not put a hard cap on distance — if we can get you there safely and make the route work, we will quote you a fair fixed fare and confirm it before the booking is locked in.

Yes. Intermediate stops can be arranged at the time of booking. Common examples include a stop at a servo or rest area on a long run, a pickup from a second address before the main destination, or a brief stop at a town along the route. Let us know what you need when you call or book online and we will factor the stop into the fare and the estimated travel time. If you need to add a stop after the booking is confirmed, call or text us on 0422 333 880 and we will update the booking. For multi-stop runs with significant detours, a revised fare quote may apply.

Yes. Same-day return trips are available and are one of our most common city to city booking types. When you call or book online, simply specify both legs — the outbound time and the return time. Your driver can either wait at the destination for a short visit or return to pick you up at a set time later in the day. Waiting time is charged separately for longer stays, while a fixed return booking locks in the return fare at the time of the original booking. Both options are available with no extra booking fee. For day trips to Geelong, Ballarat, or the Mornington Peninsula, a fixed return is the most popular choice.

We have maxi vans that seat up to 11 passengers, which covers most group city to city bookings comfortably. For groups larger than 11, we can arrange multiple vehicles travelling together so the group arrives at the same time. Call us on 0422 333 880 with your group size, the destination, and the travel date and we will confirm vehicle availability and pricing. We do not charge per person — the fare is per vehicle for the route, regardless of the number of passengers up to the vehicle capacity. For large group transfers to venues, wineries, or regional events, booking at least 48 hours in advance is recommended to guarantee multiple vehicles.

Yes. Tell us your luggage count when booking and we will send the right vehicle. A standard sedan comfortably fits 2 to 3 large suitcases. A maxi van has significantly more boot space and suits families or groups with multiple bags, prams, wheelchairs, or sporting equipment. If you are travelling with oversized items such as golf bags, surf boards, or large boxes, mention this when booking so we can confirm the vehicle has the space before your pickup. We do not charge a baggage fee — the only thing that affects the fare is the distance of the route.
