You can book as far ahead as you need. Most customers book airport pickups 24 to 48 hours in advance. For event nights and early morning airport departures, booking the day before is recommended to secure your preferred pickup time.

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Late night and early morning pickups are no problem and we have no minimum booking window overnight.

Yes. When you make your booking you can request a return pickup as part of the same booking. This is common for airport trips where you want both the departure and arrival leg confirmed in advance.

Fares and Pricing

We offer both. For airport transfers and many pre-booked routes we offer a confirmed fixed fare so you know the cost before you travel. For other trips the standard Melbourne taxi meter rates apply. Your driver will confirm the fare type when you book.

The flat fare from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) to the CBD is approximately $55 to $65 depending on your exact destination in the city. The journey takes around 25 to 35 minutes outside peak hour.

Metered trips use the standard Melbourne taxi tariff system, which includes a higher rate after midnight and on public holidays. When you book a fixed fare with us, the agreed price includes all surcharges so there are no surprises on arrival.

The minimum fare for a booked Melbourne taxi is $39.90. Short trips within the CBD or inner suburbs will typically fall at or close to this minimum.

For airport pickups, your driver will monitor your flight and wait at no extra charge if your flight is delayed by up to 30 minutes. For other bookings, waiting time after 5 minutes may be charged at the standard waiting tariff.

Yes. With a meet and greet booking your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Standard pickups are at the designated taxi rank outside the terminal. Both options are available when you book.

Yes. We cover both Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and Avalon Airport. Fares from Avalon are higher given the distance from the city, so please confirm your pickup airport when booking.

Vehicle Types and Group Travel

We have standard sedans for up to 4 passengers and maxi cabs for groups of up to 10 passengers plus luggage. All vehicles are late model and air conditioned. If you have specific luggage or space requirements, mention these when booking.

Our maxi cabs carry up to 10 passengers comfortably with luggage. They are the right choice for families with a lot of bags, large groups heading to events, or anyone who needs extra space for sports equipment or oversized items.

Yes. For events at the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Marvel Stadium, or AAMI Park, we recommend booking a maxi cab if your group is 5 or more people. This avoids splitting into multiple cars and keeps the group together. Fixed fares are available for event night bookings.

Baby Seats and Accessibility

Yes. Baby seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. When booking, please specify the age and weight of the child so we can ensure the correct seat is fitted before your pickup. Seats meet Australian safety standards.

Yes. We provide transport for NDIS participants and can invoice your support coordinator or plan manager directly. Our drivers are experienced with assisting passengers who need extra time or support. Contact us to arrange an ongoing booking schedule if needed.

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and EFTPOS in the vehicle. For corporate accounts and NDIS bookings, we can arrange invoicing on account. Please confirm your preferred payment method when booking.

Yes. All our vehicles have in-car card payment. Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS are all accepted. A small card surcharge may apply depending on the payment terminal used by your driver.

Yes. We offer corporate accounts for businesses and organisations that need regular booked transport. You receive a monthly invoice, no need for individual receipts after each trip. Contact us on 0422 333 880 to set up an account.

Cancellations and Changes

Yes. Please cancel as early as possible, ideally at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Call us on 0422 333 880 or reply to your booking confirmation. Late cancellations where a driver has already been dispatched may incur a fee.

Yes. Call us on 0422 333 880 and we will update your booking if your schedule changes. For airport pickups we track your flight in real time, so minor adjustments are handled automatically without you needing to call.
