Corporate accounts include a single monthly tax invoice covering all trips, which simplifies your accounts payable process. Each invoice lists every trip separately with pickup and dropoff addresses, date and time, and the fare, so your finance team can reconcile against booking records. There is no minimum monthly spend to maintain an account. We work with companies that make one or two bookings a month as well as those making daily executive transfers.

Yes. Any authorised staff member can make bookings under your company name and account number. You nominate which staff are authorised to book when setting up the account, and you can add or remove names at any time by calling 0422 333 880. All charges are consolidated into one monthly invoice regardless of which staff member made the booking. We record the passenger name and any reference number you provide on each trip record, which makes it straightforward to allocate charges to different cost centres or departments. There is no cap on the number of authorised staff members and no per-seat fee for adding new users to the account.

Yes. Every booking generates a full GST tax invoice. For pay-per-trip bookings, the invoice is emailed automatically after the trip is completed. For monthly corporate accounts, a consolidated tax invoice covering all bookings in the calendar month is issued on the 1st of each month and emailed to your nominated accounts contact. Each invoice includes our ABN, the GST amount, a line item for each trip with date and fare amount, and your company account reference. Invoices are in PDF format and can be sent to multiple email recipients if needed. If you need invoices in a specific format for your accounting software, call us and we will discuss what we can accommodate.

We cover all of metropolitan Melbourne including the CBD, the eastern corridor including Doncaster, Box Hill, and Glen Waverley, the south east including Dandenong, Clayton, and Frankston, inner north and inner south, and all suburbs in between. All four Melbourne airports are covered: Tullamarine, Avalon, Essendon Fields, and Moorabbin. For corporate travel to Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, or other regional destinations, our city-to-city fixed fare transfer service applies. For corporate accounts with predictable weekly schedules, we can set up standing bookings so your regular runs are locked in automatically and your team does not need to rebook each time. Last-minute availability is higher during standard business hours and lower on early mornings and public holidays.

We offer flexible cancellations and rescheduling at no fee for changes made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, we track the flight so if the arrival time changes we adjust the driver dispatch automatically. Yes. We can execute non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements for corporate clients who require discretion around executive movements, client visits, or commercially sensitive travel.
